We spend alot of our time every day waiting....waiting in line...at a red light...getting your hair done....and the list could go on and on....but instead of getting frustrated use that time to send positive energy to those in front of you...send love and you will feel good on the inside and the wait won't seem so bad!
Life is short enjoy every minute of it~

My story...

- Hi~My name is Michele~ Reiki has been a part of my life for over 15 years, something I only did for myself during times of great stress. I have been to many different Reiki Masters which has helped me to develop my own practice. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2007 and this was when I decided to be trained myself so I worked closely with a dear friend and I began doing Reiki on myself every day. In the end, yes I still needed a hysterectomy and no the cancer was not completely gone but when it all began they said I would need radiation and chemo, the doctor said she could see it everywhere....but after the hysterectomy I only had a "golf ball" sized tumor and no chemo was needed and no radiation! Some might say the original doctor was wrong but I know it was the Reiki! My blog started out being about Reiki but has grown into so much more....I now have the opportunity to share all that I have learned on my journey to my authentic happy self...our journey is just our life but we have choices about how we spend our time and how we feel about it! Opinions....Isn't it funny...you get up feeling great....you fix your hair..your makeup...put on your favorite outfit....you feel fabulous and out the door you go...but in one moment one comment you come crashing down! Someone else offers you their opinion about how you look and its all over the good mood and all! Well it doesn't have to be like that...when someone offers an opinion you have the choice to let it get to you or "NOT"....from this moment on choose "NOT"...our happiness and our opinion about ourselves has to come from within! Once again choose your favorite affirmation...one that reminds you how much you love yourself...one that reminds you that you are living the life you want not by other people's standards...I like "I love myself unconditionally"....when you come from a place of love others opinions don't seem to bother you so much...just say "thank you for your opinion" and walk away! Do what makes you happy....if you want your hair gray or pink or purple or red.....do what makes you smile inside! I promise you that if you follow your heart and do only what makes you happy your life will change!
